We talked about case prep a little bit already but here we are going to go a little deeper.
The main thing that you will have to do regardless of what caliber you are reloading is cleaning the case. There are some other steps that you will need to cmplete if you are loading rifle ammunition such as trim the case neck and possibly annealing the case. I'm going to cover cleaning here and might add some more on how to do those other two at a later time. Cleaning the cases is the main task.
The following video explains what I do to clean my cases. You can find many more ways to do things but this is what has worked for me.
I don't talk about it in the video but you can run the tumbler for as little or as long as you want. Usually a couple of hours will get most of the stuff off of the cases but I usually run it over night to get them nice and clean.
